We are all Keratin Complex and BellaMi Extension certified. We offer all hair color, cut and styling services in salon as well as on site bridal styling! Cancellation Policy We ask that you please understand that when a client does not arrive for an appointment, or cancels with less than 48 hours notice, our stylist’s have limited opportunity to rebook the appointment. We notify our clients 72 hours prior to their appointment to avoid any charges. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked Any cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Appointment prep and prolong FAQs Color service preparation: We recommend coming to your appointment with clean dry hair for best results in a color service. Excess product and build up may make it harder to achieve your goals. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your appointment as some color services take up to 3 hours. We do not recommend hooded or turtle neck tops as we want to keep your items clean, and they may be disruptive to cutting services. We strive to keep a clean work environment however we do work with hair color that may stain. All clients are provided a color robe to protect their clothing, so the salon is not held liable for stained clothing. Bridal trials and formal styling: We recommend coming to your appointment with clean, blown dry hair for best results. If a blow dry is desired with the appointment we will need notice to extend the appointment time. Extensions: Clean, blown dry hair is needed for all extension installations.
